前幾天英國電視有一個猫王最受歡迎的二十首歌曲的節目，結果Always on my mind當選最受英國人喜愛的猫王歌曲。

節目裡也訪問了猫王前妻Priscilla，當這首歌推出之前，正是Priscilla因為猫王的無數外遇，毒品和種種個人情绪問题而凖備離開他的時候，Priscilla說，只是她還没有告訴Elvis而已，然後猫王就推出了這首歌。

自從知道這首歌背後的故事後，每次聽都覺得更有感情，人只有失去了才知道珍惜，但有時已經太遲了。
